Eligibility Requirements For Our National Workshops
All of our IMW events are designed specifically for individuals who are either a part of or closely associated with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities or organisations.
When considering applications for our National IMW Workshop, priority is given to those engaged in the field of mapping and encountering obstacles in obtaining the specific technology they need.
Among those currently experiencing these challenges and obstacles are, but are not limited to:
Indigenous Ranger Groups
Native Title and Aboriginal Heritage Groups
Arts, Language, and Cultural Centres

Delivering an Ignite Plenary session, Kass will share how Mob-led mapping is transforming land management, cultural preservation, and environmental protection. Through the Indigenous Mapping Workshop, First Nations people are harnessing cutting-edge geospatial technology to map their land, tell their stories, and reclaim data sovereignty.
