Supporting Indigenous Participation in the Technology Sector

Winyama runs several social initiatives that support our vision of full and equal participation of Indigenous people in the digital economy. One such initiative is our Indigenous Digital Inclusion Pathway Program (Pathway Program). Our Pathway Program supports Perth-based Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people to enter the technology sector via a two-year paid internship with Winyama.

As part of their internship, Interns are placed on commercial contracts under the guidance of a senior team member, ensuring that commercial deliverables are met whilst fulfilling our vision of seeing more Indigenous representation in the technology sector.
